Celebrating over a decade of excellence, we specialise in providing top-tier removal services, including residential and commercial relocations, furniture transportation and secure storage solutions. Current Opening:This opportunity is a full-time position (38 hours per week).
Position Responsibilities and Tasks
- Investigate and review the utilization of personnel, facilities, equipment, and materials in our operational processes across existing and new locations.
- Analyze current operational practices to recommend improvements in the efficiency of our removal and relocation services, with a particular focus on supporting the company's expansion into new cities in Queensland.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies for various commercial and industrial environments within the company, ensuring scalability and adaptability to new markets.
- Lead and manage projects related to the expansion, including setting up operational processes in new locations and ensuring a consistent standard of service.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and practices, both in existing operations and in expansion efforts.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new processes in new locations, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and safety regulations, especially in the context of establishing operations in new cities.
- Play a key role in strategic planning for expansion, providing expert insights and recommendations to support DNS Removals' growth objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree qualified in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Process Engineering role.
- In-depth knowledge of operational process improvement and efficiency techniques.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software.
- Strong management, analytical, and technical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to critical thinking.
Salary:The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $80,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
