PERSOLKELLY is partnering with 3M and looking for a Process Engineer for a 12-month contract role based in Guildford, NSW.

Qualifications required
•Bachelor of Engineering or similar degree required.
•Minimum 3 years of Process/Manufacturing Engineering experience.
•Demonstrated experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles/concepts in a production environment with a proven history of improving efficiency and effectiveness.
•Experience developing technical documentation such as process documents/ standards (Process Standards or SOP, Work Instructions, etc.).
•Experience with Product Life Cycle Management (PLM or other Management of Change systems).
•Experience with developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality.
•Experience with providing continuous improvement activities on machines and processes to improve yield and reduce the cost of poor quality.
•Experience with NCRs and conducting risk assessments.
•Ability to manage or work with cross-functional teams.
