We are seeking a Process Engineer to work alongside a talented PSC Biotech Team in an exciting, developing, and diverse biotechnology landscape.
Duties
- Assess Process Capability on existing manufacturing operations
- Conducting research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing
- Establishing safety procedures for operations
- Bioreactor and process operations
- Designing and planning equipment layout
- Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production
- Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes
- Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in engineering or science
- 2+ years of Process Engineering or Operations experience
- Experience with Process Development preferred
- Strong understanding of cGMP guidelines
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
