A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as the Process Lead, reporting to the Senior Manager Process Business Analysis and Process Transformation, where you will join the Business Operations and Program Management team within Networks.
A bit about your role
As the Process Lead, you will Deliver transformational and operational improvement initiatives as required, assisting business product owners to deploy new nbn products and services, and assisting process owners to achieve measurable improvements in process performance.
This role will require you to facilitate improvement workshops and meetings, utilize relevant techniques including lean and human-centred process design, BPMN process mapping, process change impact assessments and preparation of work instructions to assist program and delivery teams in delivering new capabilities and improvements. This role will also require you to support project teams from concept to implementation across the end-to-end delivery lifecycle with agile and enterprise mind set.
A bit about you
The successful candidate will have experience in a Process Improvement position with some Telecommunications experience. In addition, you will ideally have lean Six Sigma / Black Belt experience & certification. You will be a strong communicator with experience leading the process stream of a large technology transformation program. You also demonstrated the ability to work with teams to develop their functional competencies through process improvement. You will be required to cooperate with any actions taken by nbn to provide and maintain a working environment that is safe and without risk.
