Organic Nutritional's, which is part of the larger Australian Dairy Nutritional's Group, operates a specialised infant formula milk powder manufacturing facility in Camperdown, Victoria.

The position:
The following role represent a fantastic opportunity for a high calibre individual to make a real impact at Organic Nutritional's.
As part of the production team, the Process Operator’s role will be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of all production plants.
With a strong, practical focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, you will be trained to effectively operate processing equipment across the site.
You will be able to demonstrate a high level of problem solving and troubleshooting skills, while ensuring the plant is maintained to the highest standard by effectively undertaking housekeeping and maintenance tasks as required.
You will understand and be able to assist the maintenance team in maintaining and improving plant reliability and be prepared to get your hands dirty when required.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a genuine team player who will go out of their way to help others.
Additionally, you will:
- have a strong focus on safety and quality.
- be able to follow work instructions.
- have a willingness to learn, with a flexible, can-do attitude.
- be able to troubleshoot and problem solve.
- be able to work effectively within a team as well as by yourself.
- preferably have a current forklift licence and valid driver’s licence
- have a stable work history, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
- have excellent communication skills.
- preferably have previous food manufacturing experience
- you will be experienced in operating process systems.
- have behaviours that are consistent with Organic Nutritional's values.
The role is a full time, permanent position, currently working a 24/5 roster, Monday to Friday.
