As Process Risk Lead, you’ll be expected to have a solid understanding of the risks they pertain to the process and the controls required, in addition to supporting with remediation activities and projects that require Process Risk input.
This role sits within the Payments and Savings Tribe and is responsible for providing risk oversight and support to the wider team. The role will be required to provide Payments and Savings Process Risk input and to support Team Leaders, Operations Business Control Office and the wider business.
Our ideal candidate will have had experience in a financial services operational risk environment with exposure to the 3LOD model.

What you’ll do
- Provide support and advice to the Payments and Savings Team Leaders in the management and closure of i-Risk events plus supporting KCT / SOX testing
- Work closely with Operations Business Control Office in the management and closure of i-Risk Events
- Be responsible for Payments Risk forum and ensuring that documentation is prepared and presented
- Support and coordinate Payments and Savings activities and responsibilities for any business wide remediation activities
- Ensure any process control deficiencies identified in remediation activities are addressed
- Support the wider business by providing Payments and Savings Process Risk SME knowledge into the building of risk artefacts, including RCSA, BIA’s, PARP, DPIA’s and EUC monitoring
What we’re looking for
- 2 years in an Operational Risk role or Business Control Office role
- 3 years’ experience in an Operations role, with minor risk exposure
- Exposure to financial services industry
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders across the business
- High attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
- Exceptional problem solving skills
