The Procurement Administrator plays a key role in working closely with the Procurement Category Managers as well as supplier Relationship Managers across the Bank. This includes facilitating the on boarding of new Suppliers through the Know Your Supplier (KYS) and Modern Slavery processes as well as managing the ongoing end to end process of the Request to Pay system.
The role requires the ability to multitask, prioritise and demonstrate attention to detail whilst having the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders. Effective time management and working under pressure are key attributes for this role.

What you’ll do
- Review of all new Supplier requests from the business (Eforms – Vendor Add Form)
- Working with the Category Managers to ensure compliance with new supplier requests i.e valid contract in place, no other suppliers set up performing the same service, quality of data provided by the business.
- Managing the end to end Know Your Supplier (KYS) process as well as Modern Slavery
- Assisting the business with Requisition and Purchase Order enquiries
- Working with the Category Managers to check contract information for storing in iBuy – Contract Database
- KYS Reporting - monthly KRI reporting for KYS status of new suppliers & for suppliers in scope of KYS
- Degree or certification in relevant discipline
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft or similar Procurement system is highly desired
- Understanding of the Procurement cycle
- Understanding of contractual agreements & commercial terms
- Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, negotiation and presentation skills.
