This position is currently operating under a partial remote working and campus-based arrangement (predominantly at CIT Reid).
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
- Promote and apply the ACT government’s Procurement Framework, including legislation, policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Administer, manage and maintain CIT’s Reporting repository in SharePoint.
- Conduct monthly reporting meetings with CIT business areas to ensure accuracy of Procurement and contract reporting data.
- Provide advice and support to CIT staff for Procurement and contract management reporting activities.
- Participate in strategic planning and coordination for Procurement and contract management activities across CIT.
- Manage quarterly reconciliations of CIT Procurement and contract registers, including cross checking accuracy of data in ACT government’s public contract register, CIT’s internal contract registers (VendorPanel and P2P) on behalf of CIT business units.
- Provision of monthly and quarterly reports related to Procurement and contract reporting data.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Procurement ACT, and CIT contract managers.
Note: This is a temporary position available 10 March 2023 to 9 September 2024. An order of merit will be established from this selection process and the list may be used to fill future vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
