Key Responsibilities:
- General Office Administration: Ensure smooth daily operations through efficient management of administrative tasks.
- Event and Trade Show Support: Play a key role in the planning and execution of company events and trade shows.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key liaison for clear and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Procurement and Supplier Management: Manage procurement processes, from sourcing quotes to ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Compliance and Reporting: Maintain compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements; generate reports and monitor supplier performance.
- Data Entry and Accounts Support: Assist with accounts tasks, including invoicing and cost allocation.
- Software and CRM Management: Utilize MYOB and CRM systems for job entries and updates.
- Logistics Coordination: Arrange local transport and coordinate inbound overseas shipments.
- Support to Sales and Marketing: Assist with sales activities and participate in marketing initiatives.
We're Looking For:
- A background in administration with procurement experience preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MYOB, and adaptability to new software preferred.
- A proactive, team-oriented individual with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
