PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role will be responsible for supporting the Procurement Team through managing supplier relationships and products in the best interest of our Franchise Partners and brands. This role plays an integral part in the day-to-day management of all food items, non-perishable items, paper goods, crockery, uniforms, retail products, and other items which the brands may require.
Key role responsibilities will include:
- Product Field Support: Effectively support franchise partners in day-to-day supply issues or procurement requests.
- Stock Management: Effectively manage stock by way of inventory management, compliance reviews and reporting.
- Supply Network Optimisation: Generate cost efficiencies by ensuring best pricing through the supply chain whist not comprising on quality.
- Communication: Effectively manage communication to suppliers and franchise partners in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc.) with strong skills in excel.
- Able to read and deliver information around sales, forecasting, pricing, and cost of goods.
- Comfortable with managing multiple projects at the same time and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a caf� or commercial bakery or kitchen environment highly regarded.
- Able to work under time pressure and re-prioritise when required.
