The Procurement Manager is accountable to Chief Executive, Wellbeing SA via the Director Strategy and Operations, for the provision of expert advice and services in relation to best practice procurement and contract management across the agency.
The Procurement Manager role includes but is not limited to:
- Providing a broad range of high level strategic and operational services related to procurement and the development and management of contracts and grants to the Chief Executive, other Executives and across all Wellbeing SA Directorates.
- Facilitating procurement and contract arrangements for select goods and services.
- Undertaking the development of systems and processes, training and education, and monitoring, reporting and compliance functions for procurement, contract management and grants.
- Establishing and managing relationships with key suppliers and service providers and external stakeholders including Procurement and Supply Chain Management in the Department for Health and Wellbeing, and Procurement Services SA.
