  • Temporary full-time (35 hour per week) opportunity until 8 August 2025
  • Office location – Parramatta or Orange with Hybrid working supported.
  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $106,025.00 to $117,363.00 + super

Our Procurement team are currently seeking to appoint a Procurement Officer. As a Procurement Officer you will report to the Procurement Business Partner and will provide procurement experience and assist stakeholders to plan develop, source, and manage procurement arrangements to effectively meet organisational and business objectives. 

You will manage and deliver a quality and efficient procurement service, identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks throughout the procurement process. The role will provide guidance and advice on procurement policy, process, and governance requirements to various stakeholder. This is a dynamic, fast paced environment offering the opportunity to learn and grow in a large complex environment.

About You

You will have experience leading end to end-to-end sourcing activities, including providing advice on the appropriate market approach, assisting with strategy development, drafting tender and contract documentation for categories such as general Goods & Services, Construction, and ICT. You will demonstrate proven experience guiding stakeholders on procurement policy, process, and governance, very well organized in procurement documentation and reporting, and possess advanced communication skills to be able to negotiate and influence at all levels.
