About the Role
A newly created opportunity has become available at BOQ Group, as part of our Group Tech Division, as Reporting and Systems Manager! With experience in Procurement Reporting and/or systems, the successful candidate will play a highly important role in ensuring the integrity of procurement systems, as well as reporting processes that underpin our regulatory compliance.
The role is accountable for the ongoing improvement and automation of reporting requirements and to drive system enhancements and training across the business. The role owns the development of reporting measures and processes that support policy effectiveness.
- Be the single point of contact across the group on all key Procurement Reporting.
- Accountable for the Procurement System (ServiceNow) including managing of meta data;
- Accountable for the development of a System roadmap to drive automation and improved reporting;
- Accountable for developing new methods of reporting via PowerBI;
- Maintaining the integrity of Procurement process and controls through reporting to monitor and manage policy compliance.
- Responsible for managing open issues relating to reporting processes and Systems.
- Responsible for the review and evolution of reporting, reporting processes, metrics and other key supporting artefacts in a timely manner with a focus on automation.
- Leadership responsibilities within the Systems & Reporting team
- Accountable for training key stakeholders on the best practice use of ServiceNow.
About you
As the successful candidate for this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills for this role.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Procurement or Supplier Governance role
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in system implementations across the Procurement function
- Prior risk role, ideal but not essential
- Proven track record in process improvement and/or vendor management experience
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate a set of required outcomes within a timely manner, that reflects the most efficient and effective approach with consideration to a diverse stakeholder set
- Understanding of Procurement process and controls
