This growing Adelaide success story has enjoyed significant investment and expansion. Due to growth, they are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join their commercial team. This role will be responsible for improving business efficiencies and performance through the analysis of procurement and spend. They are located in Adelaide CBD and offer flexible work from home benefits.
Your new role will involve:
Acting as a key integration point between sourcing and the wider business
Analysis of procurement spend and processes
Leading supply chain planning, including supplier and market research Spend and ERP data interpretation and analysis
Working with the wider business, such as project management, procurement, demand planning, to establish supply chain strategies using sound information
Research and analysis over business opportunities, market and industry trend
Develop forward thinking strategies and continuous improvement to cost reduction initiatives
Ensuring all savings are accurately reported and measured
To apply for this role you will have the following:
Minimum 3 years' experience in cost control, data analytics etc, ideally with a procurement focus, OR a blended procurement and finance background
Understanding of an exposure to procurement and cost control
You will have sound knowledge of extracting data from an ERP, combined with advanced Excel skills and Power BI exposure
Tertiary qualifications in finance, business analytics, or similar
