As our Procurement Specialist, you will provide guidance, training, support to Veolia's operations and buyers (internal) and suppliers (external) on all topics relating to working with SAP Ariba and associated purchasing and business processes. Reporting to the Procurement Excellence Manager, you will work closely with Accounts Payable, IT Support and all Veolia buyers and suppliers to support a consistent and efficient approach to Veolia's Purchase Order to Payment solutions (P2P). You will also provide supervision, support and guidance to the SAP Ariba Support Team to ensure the prompt completion of all queries raised by Veolia buyers and suppliers.

- Raise and monitor queries raised through SAP Ariba Support
- Escalate repeated or significant issues to the Procurement Excellence Manager as process improvement opportunities
- Provide SAP Ariba training to stakeholders as required.
- Ideally relevant experience in customer service and/or support desk.
- Experience in SAP Ariba or a similar solution is essential.
- Task management oriented with strong customer service skills.
