Product Design Specialist role plays an exciting role in the design and delivery of new Motor insurance products in Suncorp's business transformation program Digital Insurer (DI).DI is a business transformation program reimagining the products, propositions and experiences we will deliver for customers into the future.Reporting to the Manager Portfolio Strategy and
Product Design - you will design new insurance products that will deliver on our future Motor product roadmap.This is a 12-month contract opportunity.
What you'll do- Lead the design and documentation of new Motor insurance products
- Take a product initiative from the Digital Insurer product pipeline and design how the product is structured and how it is experienced by our customers
- Take a customer focused approach and validate ideas through customer research, testing, and analysis
- Work closely with and manage both internal and external stakeholders to design solutions that meet the needs of both customers and the business
- Create and communicate analysis to justify design from a desirability, viability, and feasibility point of view
- Actively collaborate across the Consumer team and Digital Insurer program stakeholders including Portfolio, Pricing, Distribution, Claims, and external partners
What you'll bring- Demonstrated experience in Product Design, development and innovation
- Background within Insurance
