Weare seeking a talented Product Designer based in Perth, with the option toremote work, to join our dynamic Design team. This role will collaborateclosely with our Perth-based team, offering a salary of $80,000 for a PermanentFull-Time position.
Asthe Product Designer you will be responsible for:
- Leading the end-to-end design process for your team from discoverythrough to delivery.
- Facilitate the creation of new product features and innovations throughdesign-led ideation and prototyping approaches.
- Translation of customer insights into world-class customer experiencesthrough the creation of visual designs, storyboards and product wireframes.
- Creation of elegant, visually intuitive and user-friendly product designsthat simplify complexity and tie together visual branding guidelines andproduct functionality.
- Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams as a representativefor Design, recommending best practice to ensure holistic and consistent designsolutions.
Alittle about you
We’relooking for a Product Designer to help us craft the next generation of digitalcustomer experiences and products at INX Software.
To beconsidered for this role you will need to have:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Designer.
- Relevanttertiary education or work experience in a UX-related field orsubstantial relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated capability in customer researchand discovery techniques, product design, interaction design, designvalidation, and visual and graphic design skills.
- Knowledgeof Agile and Domain Driven Design development principles and proficient use ofdesign tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, andinterpersonal skills working within cross-functional teams.
- Skills in developing positive and sustaining relationships with keystakeholders and clients.
