Due to rapid growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Product Developer to join our team and help to shape the brand's vision and design as we grow!
 

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to support the Product Designer in all aspects of design, sampling & production processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Creating initial Tech Packs in conjunction with design for sample development.
• Conduct fit meetings.
• Responsible for measuring in all styles before fittings to ensure that comments were followed.
• Help assist the designer with comments to suppliers regarding re-fits, fabrics, finishes and grading on all samples. 
• Ensure garment tech standards are maintained and a high degree of attention to detail.
• Random quality control checks of bulk orders delivered to the warehouse.
• Maintaining the sample racks in a clean, organised & professional manner.
• Improve the products being developed by conducting market research & trend forecasting.
• Random quality control checks of bulk orders delivered to the warehouse.
• Constant communication with team to keep on track with timelines and critical paths.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, however raw talent, attitude and skills are always highly valued.
• Ability to create technical drawings for garments.
• Tech pack and garment spec knowledge is essential.
• Experience in Pattern making, and Grading is preferred.
• Industry leading software and technology skills (e.g. Excel, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and the Adobe Creative Suite).
• A passion for design & style.
• Basic understanding of garment development.
• Exceptional organisational skills.
• General skills in Google Sheets/Excel.
• High level of accuracy & attention to detail.
• Can work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Regularly creating and taking advantage of learning opportunities; uses newly gained knowledge and skill on the job through their application.
• Strong communicator and clearly conveys information and ideas in a focused, appropriate and effective manner.
• Ability to manage a high workload and be able to work to tight deadlines
• Strong Communicator- ability to form relationships across the business.
