Product Developer & Buyer

You'll work hand-in-hand with our talented in-house Product Team, transforming initial concepts into a tangible, show-stopping reality.  You will identify and interpret beautiful styles that embody the heart and soul of our brand, pushing fashion boundaries.

If you have demonstrated success creating and executing sell-out styles in a fast-paced environment - this role could be for you!

Roles and responsibilities include:

• Product development for all categories in collaboration with our fabulously talented Product Team.
• On-time execution of each season from sampling through to complete handover to production.
• Collaborating with suppliers to ensure the on-time delivery of fabric and trims.
• Creating technical drawing for developed components using Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Manage and attend fittings for all Development Categories.
• Conduct competitor analysis, assess market competition, forecast trends and generally stay 3 steps ahead of the whole women's fashion category. 

The perfect candidate will have:

• 2+ years experience in product development (fast-fashion experience is definitely an advantage).
• A strong desire and the capacity to be a market innovator.
• Ability to think out of the box.
• Superior industry knowledge in fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to work at pace, meet deadlines and work within a fast fashion environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

This is a full-time position based in our sun-filled, Alexandria warehouse HQ (no WFH).
