AddressThe Product Developer Role is an integral part of the Product Development team at Seafolly and JETS.

The Role
- Ensuring that the products are developed to meet the design, technical and quality standards
- Assisting the design team with tech packs, pre-costing of new designs and updating tech specs
- Managing test reports, wearer trials to ensure product design is fit for purpose and materials meet Seafolly standards
- Working closely with the Senior Product Developers in the fitting process and ensuring all deadlines are met
- Building relationships and working with internal and external stakeholders throughout the product development process
- Helping Seafolly maintain its market leadership position by being knowledgeable across the market in product, manufacturing and raw materials
- Previous experience in garment and pattern making is essential
- A strong understanding of technical specifications, costings, design fundamentals and garment construction
- An eagerness to grow and develop, a growth mindset and the ability to identify innovative ways to improve products and processes.
- A high level of accuracy, strong communication skills and the ability to work well both in a team and individually
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
