Product Development Associate, Real Estate

Redpath Partners are working with a leading Fund Manager looking to diversify their funds management platform.  The Head of Capital is seeking a talented Associate to help grow the group's AUM across new asset classes, in line with the opportunities for growth within Australia as well as the company's growth strategy. 

The role itself will sit across a variety of functions including, but not exclusive to:

- Product development
- Market research
- Business development
- Capital raising

The role will involve a large number of stakeholders, both internal and externally.  Internally the capital transactions, fund management and senior leadership will be among those helping to shape the product growth and the successful candidate's output day to day.  Externally, the role will engage with numerous advisory groups and leading partners in order to help achieve the group's goals.

The role will support a candidate from Funds Management, Real Estate Investment Banking, Real Estate Equities Research or a similar investment field.  The successful candidate will be passionate about growing with the Capital / Funds Management function of a Real Estate Fund Manager.
