Business Development Manager/ Property Manager

$100,000 Base + high commissions. OTE:$300K

We're in search of a seasoned Business Development with a portfolio management background to join a high-end luxury agency in the Lower North Shore. This role is pivotal within a thriving sales team of over 25 sales agents, with substantial support from a dynamic support team, aiding with up to 85% of warm leads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive organic growth within the property management sector.
- Conduct market appraisals and maintain client relationships.
- Provide expert advice to clients.
- Manage the listing and leasing of residential and some commercial properties.
- Perform property inspections and liaise with various stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Agents and the Property Management team to achieve set targets.
- Filter thought the sales and company website leads/Referrals
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Real Estate, preferably in Real Estate Sales BDM roles with a property management background.
- Extensive knowledge and networks within the Lower North Shore property market.
- Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships while securing new business.
- Willingness to prospect through various methods like phone calls, door knocking, and direct mail.
- Strong negotiation skills and exceptional communication abilities.
- Proficient in multitasking with excellent presentation, organizational, and administration skills.
- Possession of a current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
