Your Role in our Team

You’ll report directly to our Engineering team lead and be part of our broader Engineering and Product Development Team. You will be responsible for ensuring :
- Continuous product innovation, including performance, design and safety enhancements are integral in your designs and development,
- All product designs comply with required standards and regulations,
- A methodical approach to your design project management is undertaken which ensures that:
- Commercially astute considerations are incorporated, including product commerciality, speed to market and market-leading design,
- Product development stages are sequentially followed, with supporting documentation, and key stakeholder engagement and endorsement,
- Agreed timeframes are met or bettered!
- You’ll adopt an agile approach, informed through collaboration and consultation with key stakeholders through the design and development stages.

What you’ll bring to the Team
- Minimum 3 to 5 years, experience in Automotive (4x4 off-road product design – Preferred) or similar industry
- Degree in Engineering highly regarded / Tertiary Qualification or Similar in Mechanical / automotive Engineering
- Previous experience in any Drivetrain, Chassis, Automotive Components and Accessories Product Development highly regarded.
- Understanding and knowledge of Suspension geometry / tuning and GVM Products
- Experience in 3D CAD packages – preferably Solidworks
- Ability to create fitting instructions and bill of material
- Ability to do modification Certificate for GVM Upgrade - LS15 preferred
- Ability to manually fit and test parts and
