This position is a newly created role due to the continued emphasis and drive on innovation. As the Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing a multi-disciplinary product portfolio and large team whilst sitting on the Australia Management team yourself. Reporting to the Head of Australia, you will spearhead the department and play a crucial role in setting the Product Development strategy and analysis and improvement of the existing market leading portfolio.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the following:
- A track record in leading a Product Development function;
- A history of working with electro-mechanical products and empowering SME’s across a wider portfolio;
- Strong Leadership and Team Management;
- Mechanically minded with Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills;
- Qualifications in engineering, electronics would be advantageous
