This is an exciting opportunity to join our small Melbourne team to work on a variety of new and interesting projects. You’ll be working from our beautiful office in South Yarra, with a perfect in-office / work-from-home balance.
As a Product Manager at DreamWalk you will be responsible for working with our clients to scope out commercially viable products, documenting requirements, planning the development and managing the day-to-day delivery of projects.
In this role you will:
- Facilitate client workshops to elicit requirements and scope out commercially viable products
- Write requirements documents
- Oversee and provide feedback on UX/UI design
- Facilitate standups, sprint planning, showcases, retros etc
- Track and report project progress to clients
- Research and identify third party tools that can be used to achieve requirements / speed up development
- Scope out analytics events based on product requirements
- Create user engagement plans for client apps (e.g. define push notification requirements, define use of challenge/reward mechanisms, define badge logic etc)
- Review product usage analytics in Firebase and provide data-driven insights to clients
- Prepare App Store content to support clients’ App Store Optimisation (ASO) strategy
- Maintain the product roadmap for each of our clients’ products
- Coach clients (during workshops) on agile development, building an MVP, iterating based on real user feedback etc.
Someone who is a good fit for this role will:
- Have significant experience facilitating client workshops
- Prior experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst or Consultant
- Solid understanding of UX principles and best practices, specifically for mobile apps
- Have a solid understanding of software development. Need to be able to ‘speak the language’
- Have strong business acumen and be commercially astute
- Be an excellent communicator (verbal and written)
- Have high attention to detail
