The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join us in a full-time role at INX Software, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our next generation safety product offering. Collaborating closely with internal teams and key stakeholders, you'll balance user needs, business objectives, technical considerations, and financial viability to inform the product roadmap and strategy.

A Product Manager in this role will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and prioritise the product backlog to deliver value to end users and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver products aligned with the company and product's vision and strategy.
  • Engage in research and lean experiments to inform product decisions and design.
  • Train and mentor internal teams to achieve better outcomes for clients.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to refine user stories and align with the product direction.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to inform product features and direction.
  • Become a subject matter expert in assigned environmental and workforce domains.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for your product.

About You

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone that is passionate about shaping the future of technology, a strong communicator and collaborator, driven to deliver value to clients and end-users. 

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

  • Tertiary education in a business or technology-related field or relevant work experience.
  • Experience within the mining & resources industries, with exposure to the risk & safety domain is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager is required.
  • Knowledge of Domain Driven Design and service design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, visual design and copywriting.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts.
  • Desirable certifications such as CSPO or PSPO is preferred.
  • Experience in pre-sales and client management is a plus.
