Warehouse/Production Manager – Midvale

Location: Midvale
Pay rate: $80,000 starting salary
Schedule: Monday to Friday ( 09:00am to 17:00pm ) 

Overview:

• Oversee and manage warehouse/embroidery teams and production to ensure efficient operations.
• Plan, organize, and control storage and distribution of goods, manage production, and lead the team to meet productivity targets while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Job duties – Mixture of Warehouse/Production Manager 

• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts for accurate inventory.
• Implement warehouse policies to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with logistics for timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee production to meet deadlines.
• Monitor performance and enhance efficiency, reducing waste.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Optimize labor, equipment, and materials for maximum output.
• Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse and embroidery staff.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and offer training.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in warehouse and production management
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Forklift licence

• Expertise in inventory management and production planning software
• Proficient in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication with team, management, and partners
• Deep understanding of health and safety regulations

Note - 

• This role entails extended periods of standing, walking, and lifting. It's a hands-on position, working alongside and supporting the team at all times.
• Ability to work in a warehouse and production setting, including exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and machinery.
