This role is a dream for a skilled and motivated Product Manager. The business founders have a clear vision, and are ready to take the business there.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for Product Management & Development across the business:

• You’ll work with the design team to optimise product mix across both retail and wholesale
• You’ll work with the Head of Product on new product orders, delivery dates and monitoring product performance
• You’ll own the product timeline across the retail and wholesale calendar – managing invetory strategy across all platforms, and the required backend administration
• As the product knowledge champion you’ll work with internal team members to communicate product performance
• Constantly evaluate proposed pricing to ensure that the company maintains its desired profit margin and meets market pricing expectations
• Audit the Product details with the factories for hangtags/packaging and packing
• Champion the product ordering to keep the inventory levels meeting the market through data driven decision making, best practice systems and processes and streamlined production
• Monitoring and identifying trends, issues, opportunities, and threats across the broader market
• Undertake ongoing research and competitor analysis to identify new product development opportunities
• You’ll be part of the leadership team and participate in weekly HOD meetings to discuss business performance, opportunities and challenges
• Work with other internal team members as a coach / mentor and leader in the business, championing greater business maturity in the product space
• You’ll own inventory management for whole of business

• You must have experience in Product Management roles within a retail business
• Proven experience managing various stakeholders, team members and external contacts
• Experience leading strategy and working with senior leadership
• Experience navigating reporting platforms

This will be commensurate with experience.
