Tradeware is on the lookout for a dynamic Product Manager to spearhead new product development.
Located in Minto, this pivotal role is responsible for end-to-end product development, from conception to market launch, within designated categories.

Your role:
As a Product Manager, you will:
- Spearhead new product development for Tradeware’s portfolio of owned and supply-partner brands.
- Get hands-on with design and prototyping of new products, ensuring they meet market needs and compliance standards.
- Execute comprehensive market tests and influence compelling marketing messages.
- Master product data, manage product onboarding, and navigate regulatory landscapes.
- Project manage the new product development process to ensure completion on time and to budget.
- Support the Category Manager to fulfill strategic objectives and deliver on KPIs.
What you bring:
An ideal candidate will have:
- A robust background in product development and management.
- Outstanding analytical and negotiation skills.
- A knack for strategic thinking and the ability to communicate ideas effectively.
- A proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- A passion for Hardware and a desire to bring great products to market.
- Experience in related hardware categories is desirable, but not mandatory.
