Retail Banking Services (RBS) is the public face of CommBank, delivering a seamless banking experience for the future, to our 10 million + personal and small business customers. Within RBS, the Consumer Finance Team is responsible for end to end P&L management, product design, credit risk, acquisition & portfolio management and customer experience for Credit Cards and Personal Loans.

As a Product Leader in our Awards Credit Products team (Consumer Finance) you will obsess over our customers and ensure that they get the best Credit Card Awards experience possible. To delight our customers you will own the product roadmap and deliver amazing results through a cross functional team of product, data analytics and technology professionals; creating a psychologically safe, inclusive, accountable and high performance culture and providing thought leadership across the value chain to drive the product suite, feature enhancements and customer outcomes.
On any given day

• You will be staying abreast of external market trends, regulations and innovations to deliver a market leading cards product propositions
• You will be setting and implementing the strategic direction for the awards credit products
• You will be managing change to continuously improve the product offering and processes to facilitate the overall customer experience
• You will be accountable for developing and monitoring the end to end product risk and control environment. This includes robust product governance, identification of issues, escalation and swift resolution of problem records; including remediation and regulatory responses
• You will be leading delivery teams and will be working in conjunction with relevant stakeholders and partners, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of strategic initiatives
• You will manage pricing for the product suite

We’re interested in hearing from people who have

• Strong Cards product knowledge underpinned by a deep awareness of the Cards and Consumer Lending Market
• Deep Product leadership experience which sees you as a respected Cards Product thought leader/executive
• Experience in delivering strong outcomes in an Agile environment
• Impactful and influential communication style, demonstrated in respected stakeholder management and people management skills
• Data driven approach to problem solving
