About the Role
As we embark on an exciting phase of business transformation, we're looking for a Product Owner to deeply understand and represent the unique needs of both clients and staff in the Home Care sector, acting as a crucial connector to our internal Salesforce team. This isn't just any Product Owner role; it's your opportunity to be at the forefront of a digital transformation in healthcare, making services more integrated and seamless for users across our hospitals, aged care, community care, and national services. Join us on a permanent full-time basis at our new Sydney head office.
What Will You Do?
- Gather insights from clients and staff to inform tailored Salesforce features for the Home Care sector.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Product Manager to align platform functionalities with Home Care requirements.
- Use feedback for continuous service improvement and align efforts with regional and national leadership goals.

- A detail-oriented person who is passionate about understanding Home Care, ready to synthesise client and staff experiences into strategic technology guidance.
- A skilled negotiator and liaison capable of ensuring seamless integration between operational needs and technical capabilities, without the need for customisation.
