The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who will collaborate closely with development teams, stakeholders and end users. On a typical day, you might:

• Run a discovery session with internal or external clients to understand their challenges and business problems.
• Design experiments with your team's technical lead to address usability and feasibility risk.
• Work with a UX expert to validate your hypothesis without a single line of code written.
• Work with the team to create the development backlog and plan the sprints.
• Communicate new or upcoming features to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Create a shared understanding of how the solutions implemented in the product impact the business and product goals.
• Report and monitor progress towards key milestones.

About You

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Product Owner
• An enthusiastic collaborator, passionate about building software that users love and bring value to the business.
• A natural curiosity to understand customers' problems and ask lots of questions.
• A clear thinker and communicator with excellent writing skills.

Extra expertise we value:

• Industry experience with spatial or remote sensing data.
• Experience working on a B2B product.
• Technical background in software engineering, mathematics, science, etc
• Experience in leadership positions
