The Opportunity:
As a Product Support Specialist, you will ensure that all Lender requests are actioned. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, creating, and updating Products’ details such as interest rates. This includes the daily monitoring of the test harness dashboard, and regular follow-up with lenders. You will also perform quarterly and half-yearly audits on lender products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accuracy of Work:
- Work is completed in a manner that meets brand expectations and guidelines.
- Processes and workflows are adhered to when completing tasks.
- Accurately update lender product information in software and lender articles in WordPress.
- Process Audits quarterly according to defined schedule.
- Test Harness Updates and Accuracy:
- Analyse failing scenarios to determine if configuration updates, or code changes are needed.
- Re-run test harness scenarios after implementing required updates to ensure resolution.
- Correspondence Management and Professional Conduct:
- Contributing to team performance.
- Provide insights for improvements.
- Same-day response and action of all emails that come through to the inbox

- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills for proactive interaction with external stakeholders and internal teams.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive and can-do attitude.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with financial calculations and lending domain is an advantage.
