About the Opportunity
In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and growing your own portfolio of customers meeting their Home Lending and deposit needs while identifying new customers and nurturing strong relationships within our community. These roles will be based across a number of our branches including Maroubra, Marrickville and Bankstown. Reporting to the Head of Home Lending & Broker Distribution, key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing an existing portfolio of Premium Banking/ Home Loan Customers
- Identifying and on-boarding new customers within the community, your own networks and from our existing customer base
- Work with branch staff to identify potential home loan customers
- Conduct business development activities and build referral networks
- Conduct end-to-end credit submissions for home loan applications
About You
We are seeking someone who has the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Tertiary qualification in banking / finance / economics preferred but not essential
- 3+ years’ experience as a Home Lender/Relationship Manager
- Highly developed credit skills and lending knowledge
- Ability to self-generate home loan customers
- Strong Business acumen
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
