This organisation provides services to the Oil & Gas and Mining industries and is seeking a proficient Production Administrator.
Your new role
Your role as a Production Administrator is a part of a small, busy team responsible for duties not limited to:
- Open and manage jobs as required
- Submit quotations to clients within the required timeframe
- Raise and Issue purchase orders to suppliers and subcontractors
- Production and all general administration assistance
- Assist with timesheet management
- Create, issue, source & expedite spares requisitions for stock
- Attend production meetings
- Arrange document control and ensure accuracy of filing and registering documents
- Liaise with clients and provide updates as required
- Assist workshop to ensure deliveries are shipped on time
- Submit completed jobs for invoicing
- Ensure levels of critical spares are maintained
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in the role, you will need demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment as well as:
- Ability to work Monday to Thursday 7.00am- 3.30pm and Friday 7.00am – 1.00pm.
- Knowledge of SoftNav or Business Central Dynamics will be highly regarded
- A customer-centric focus
- Ability to multitask
- Technical aptitude to pick up the industry and role quickly
