We bring our purpose to life via three shared values: We walk the talk, turn over every stone and keep it human.Job DescriptionDay to day will look like but won’t be limited to:Collaborate with shoot crews to identify and assess potential venues.Manage locations to meet production standards.Work closely with the Unit Manager to plan and book travel, including allowances, flights, and accommodation.Track budgets and reconcile expenses.Update databases for shoot locations, crew, passports, and allowances.Set up projects in Avid, ingest and sync rushes.Source and ingest footage for the edit team.Run autocue for introduction recordingsSource and book actors and props for recreation shoots.QualificationsWhat we would like to see on your resume: Previous experience in a Production Assistant or similar role.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in database management.Familiarity with Avid and post-production processes is a plus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Additional InformationOur Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion:At Nine, we are committed to fostering a workforce that embraces all aspects of diversity and inclusion and where practices are equitable to ensure our people experience a sense of belonging.
