From photography to drones and floorplans, we offer a comprehensive range of services to help our clients showcase their properties in the best light possible.
Position: Production Assistant
Location: Work from Home (Mornington Peninsula area preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule bookings for photography, drone services, and floorplans.
- Liaise with clients and subcontractors via phone and email to coordinate projects and ensure smooth communication.
- Prepare photo orders for processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Mark up drone images with boundary markings and points of interest as per client specifications.
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the efficient operation of our production processes.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using email, scheduling software, and other digital tools.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the real estate industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Bridge) is essential.
- Flexibility to work varying hours as needed, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
