Production Chef Position Available
Join Our Corporate Catering Team!
We are seeking an enthusiastic, punctual, and responsible chef or experienced cook to join our production team. Our company provides exceptional delivered catering throughout Sydney to both corporate and private clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of foods, including sandwiches, wraps, canapés, following recipes provided by the Head Chef.
- Approach catering and bulk production with energy and enthusiasm.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail and uphold high standards of quality control.
- Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and effective communication skills.
- Maintain cleanliness with strict adherence to food hygiene and workplace safety standards; FSS certificate holders preferred.
- Show proficiency and passion for culinary techniques relevant to your assigned section.
- Exhibit a customer-focused mindset and contribute positively to team dynamics.
- Have experience across different kitchen sections and in catering for diverse events.
- Adapt and remain flexible in your approach to work.
