What You'll Do
- As a Production controller you will be responsible for the sub-assembly scheduling and for ensuring efficient production processes by coordinating production schedules, tracking inventory levels, and monitoring production outputs. This role will work closely with the production and planning team to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.
Some key responsibilities include:
Ensure daily scheduling, system update and communication on delivery status to internal and external customers.
Create and Schedule priority requests, IRN requests, and customer service requests.
Implement cycle time analysis reporting to improve overall production output
Develop inventory control techniques to ensure stock accuracy and avoid shortages and excesses.
Assist in processing customer orders and shipments according to the established schedule.
Track production outputs and report on production metrics.
Raise permit and deviation when required within production.
What We're Looking For
Experience in Production control /scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
Good systems skills including MS applications and ERP
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain high level of accuracy and attention to details
We work flexibly here at Aristocrat and have a hybrid work model. This role will be based out of our office in Greystanes with free onsite parking provided, with the flexibility to work in the office and from home.
