Production Coordinator

As the Production Coordinator, you'll be the linchpin of the manufacturing operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

Working hand-in-hand with the Site Manager, you'll be set up to succeed with a full handover and training from the previous incumbent, who has recently been promoted.

Imagine this: Your own little kingdom within a bustling manufacturing plant. With your eagle eye for detail and knack for scheduling, you'll keep the production lines humming smoothly. From coordinating materials to liaising with suppliers, your days will be a whirlwind of excitement and opportunity.

Your tasks will include:

• Mastering the production schedule to ensure flawless execution
• Managing materials, purchase orders, and schedules with precision and finesse
• Leveraging SAP to extract insights and optimise processes
• Providing invaluable support to our production team to keep things running like clockwork
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals
• Seizing every opportunity to learn and grow, with the guidance of the previous Production Coordinator
• Embracing the challenge of a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Profile

Are you ready to take your manufacturing game to the next level?

• A proven track record in planning & scheduling materials & rosters within a production environment
• A strong understanding of warehousing, inventory and stock control. If you are familiar with transport, COR, & pallet control that would be great.
• A thirst for knowledge and a hunger for growth
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment interacting with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in SAP would be great, or at least experience with similar systems
• A background in maintenance planning could be your ticket to the top
• A passion for excellence and a drive to make a difference
• Adaptable with excellent attention to detail
