About the Role:
The primary objective of this role is to work closely in supporting the offshore Sourcing & Production Manager in liaising and coordinating with offshore suppliers, manufacturers and the Grace Loves Lace team to ensure all manufactured product offshore meets the exceptional Grace Loves Lace standards and is managed efficiently.
- Understanding range timelines and assisting to meet key dates.
- Preparing offshore samples and technical pack documents for fit meetings.
- Attending fit meetings and accurately recording information by documenting and photographing all fit meeting comments for the Product Developer.
- Responsible for the handover of information to the offshore suppliers and ensuring all information is understood.
- Responsible for new collection in house fabric testing.
- Ensuring all suppliers are meeting deadlines for samples and production via regular communication.
- Management of third-party quality inspections including bookings, preparing quality control standards, and analyzing reports.
- Working with the Production Manager to ensure suppliers uphold their ethical and sustainable commitments by maintaining records and analyzing reports.
- Managing movement of samples between suppliers and Grace Loves Lace.
- Liaising with Inventory Control regarding the movement of delivery dates.
- Ensuring the Grace Loves Lace Quality Control team have all information required for final inhouse Quality Control.
- Responsible for providing final GLL Quality Control feedback to suppliers.
- Communication with offshore suppliers in regards to quality issues and managing the replacement or repair of gowns.
- Assisting the Production Manager in all process requirements
- Preparation of production reports as required.
- Maintaining accurate information in NetSuite
- Focusing on building relationships with suppliers
Required Experience & Skills:
- Experience in garment manufacturing.
- Demonstrated effective time management skills.
- Ability to work well independently as well as within a team environment.
- Superior attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Experience in using NetSuite or another similar ERP system
- Exceptional work ethic, high energy and with strong multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Ability to meet daily goals and deadlines.

- Intermediate level computer literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
