Based in Narangba, north of Brisbane, we are seeking an enthusiastic and values-driven individual for a Production Coordinator position within our growing Queensland team. We have an immediate start available and offer a qualified applicant with a genuine opportunity for a full-time/permanent position.

Successful candidates will possess the following:
- Knowledge and experience within the steel/manufacturing industry
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role
- Knowledge in processing and material take off's
- Leadership capability in maintaining company disciplines and making executive decisions.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A results-driven collaborator with a positive and initiative-taking attitude
- Confident and proactive nature
- Excellent communication, organisational, team management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read drawings, reports, engineering documents, and specifications.
- Administrative capability to manage quality, OHS&E, and company documentation.
- Administrative capability to manage cost control, pricing, and scheduling.
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility for the results of the team.
- A focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- The flexibility to work a combination of days/nights/weekends and out-of-hours work.
Desirable licenses and tickets would include:
- A general construction induction card / white card
- Dogman and Basic Rigger
- Overhead Crane
- First Aid
- Forklift
