What’s the role?
Medium Rare Content Agency (MRCA) is seeking an enthusiastic Production Coordinator looking to get started in the publishing industry, to work on a major retail client account. A high level of attention to detail, initiative and ability to multi-task is imperative.
Reporting to the Head of Content, your focus will be on ensuring photo and video shoots are managed seamlessly (including product sample deliveries), and our client digital asset management systems are up to date and content is tagged accurately.
This role will work closely with the editorial, commercial and client teams. It requires an ability to engage a range of stakeholders, with a hands-on and can-do approach.

Working in collaboration with the content and partnerships teams, you’ll be key in ensuring the value of our client assets are maximised, from shooting to post production and amplification . Your key responsibilities will include:
- Organising product for photography and videography shoots
- Processing of assets after client approval, ensuring photography, articles and videos are shared with our clients for re-use with appropriate tagging
- General team support for content creation
- Management and maintenance of client digital asset management systems and Medium Rare’s internal content workflow system (Wrike)

- You have meticulous attention to detail, use initiative and can multi-task
- You have completed a university degree in a marketing or communications field
- You are a strong communicator and are confident communicating with a variety of stakeholders
- You are detail and deadline-focused – you love organisation and structure
- You have a genuine interest in content and marketing
