A fantastic opportunity has become available for a proactive and enthusiastic Production Coordinator to support our busy team located in Process Solutions base in Brisbane.

If you are motivated, attentive to accuracy and detail in your work, have strong verbal and written communications skills, and proven experience in administration, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities will include:

• Opening, closing, processing of purchase orders and raising of supply purchase orders
• Submitting quotes to clients within required timeframes
• Responsible for Brisbane office general administration duties
• Processing workshop scopes and site work
• Procurement and receiving of parts and materials
• Assisting with document control procedures
• Liaising with customers and internal stakeholders

The following skills and experience would be deemed highly advantageous:

• Substantial experience in an Administration role
• Some Experience with repair and/or maintenance work preferred, but not required
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Attention to detail
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills 
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Committed and driven attitude
• Excellent time management skills.
