AddressKey Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in leading Advanced Manufacturing Technology.
- Improve overall performance by reducing inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement processes.
- Manage organisational objectives covering delivery improvement, process efficiency and product quality. Monitor and improve performance by aligning resources to maximise output.
- Develop and lead continuous improvement plans and objectives ensuring they are delivered in full and on time.
- Participate and lead approved operating plans, budgets, and capital expenditure proposals for the site.
- Develop, implement, monitor and review labour schedules, effective production methods and site processes to achieve efficient performance.
- Ensures that finished products are delivered on time and meet agreed quality standards.
- Develop and improve manufacturing efficiencies to reduce costs, resources and overhead costs.
About You:
- Well-developed people management skills
- Tertiary qualifications are preferred (Engineering or Logistics)
- 7 years of experience or equivalent in manufacturing environment.
- Have well developed communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and encourage and exemplify a continuous improvement mindset.
- Proven planning skills.
- Well-developed knowledge of advanced manufacturing technology.
- Working knowledge of production activities that depend on information, automation, computation, software, and networking.
Pluses
- Transport manufacturing experience would be an advantage.
