Role:
Join the Production Team as the Production Manager with the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our client's iconic designs.
Collaborating closely with offshore factories throughout all stages of development and production.
Overseeing the critical path management, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet collection deadlines.
Providing support to the product team to ensure the highest quality standards for garment delivery.
Managing packaging and labeling processes to uphold brand standards and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Handling invoicing and warehouse coordination for efficient logistics.
Conducting supplier feedback sessions and preparing quarterly reports for analysis.
Managing the process for handling faulty product returns and effectively communicating with suppliers.
Identifying and sourcing new suppliers, both domestically and internationally, while managing their onboarding process.
Ensuring all factories comply with our client's stringent standards for ethical and sustainable practices.
Qualifications:
A diploma or degree in Fashion or a related field.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English is highly desirable.
Extensive experience managing critical path processes within the fashion industry.
Previous experience managing a team and working with offshore suppliers.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and priorities.
