Key Responsibilities:

- Whip the team into shape, training, motivating, and supervising them to ensure they're baking up a storm.
- Keep the bakery shipshape by implementing and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
- Be the yeast to their success, monitoring equipment performance and coordinating maintenance as needed to keep things running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience/qualifications in a bakery or food production environment, with a crust-worthy track record of leadership.
