Injectable Portfolio Sales Manager Position at Cryomed Aesthetics – QLD

We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong appetite for success for a Full-Time Injectable Sales manager position based in Spring Hill, Queensland. In this role, you will be promoting and selling a range of high-end HA fillers to cosmetic Dr’s, plastic surgeons, GPs, dermatologists, Nurse groups and cosmetics clinics. .
This is a dynamic and autonomous role where you will seek out and identify prospective customers from various sources, initiate contact to establish relationships, and understand their various needs and opportunities to sell into their business. The ability to qualify potential customers and the patience to fully explore their needs and provide appropriate solutions whilst developing trusting relationships is key. Other duties include coordinating and reporting back to the head office team.
We are looking for an ambitious individual from industry with a strong desire for success. Effective time management, positive, high energy, self-discipline, focus and the ability to work with people at all levels. .
Experience in the aesthetics industry is a MUST.
Base salary, vehicle allowance, and a generous commission structure are on offer. You will be based in our beautiful Spring Hill office.
To be successful in this role, you will require the following:
- Experience in Injectables arena is a MUST
- Excellent understanding of what competitors are offering
- A proven track record in achieving sales targets. (ideally medical , pharmaceutical or healthcare)
- An ability to connect with people with strong communication skills
- Be highly organised with a positive and determined work ethic
- A passion for delivering benchmark customer service standards
- A drive to excel in all you do with a “get it done” positive attitude
- The ability to work autonomously but succeed as a team
