WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Responsibilities
- Labelling and Cartons: Operate labelling machines and perform carton accurately and efficiently to label and package products according to specifications and standards.
- Cleaning Grade C and D Areas: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in designated Grade C and D areas, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines for cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assisting in Filling Process: Support the filling process by performing crating off the filled vials, ensuring proper packaging and transportation of the products.
- Material Movement: Safely operate pallet jacks to move materials and products throughout the production area as required, following established safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with production senior coordinators, production managers, and other team members to ensure smooth production operations, efficient workflow, and timely completion of tasks.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure products meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, including labelling, packaging, cleaning, and other logs. Report any issues, equipment malfunctions, or deviations from procedures to the production manager or appropriate personnel.
- Safety and Compliance: Comply with all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in safety training and actively contribute to the maintenance of a safety-first culture.
Essential Skills
- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with labelling and cartonning equipment is a plus.
- Understanding of GMP, cleanliness and hygiene requirements in controlled environments (Grade C and D areas).
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials upto 20Kg.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize workload effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
