Are you a seasoned professional with experience in food production management, particularly in high-risk environments? Look no further! We are growing our team and seeking a ProductionSupervisor (High Risk Food) who thrives in challenging settings and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
The Role:
As the Production Supervisor (High Risk Food), you will play a critical role in overseeing our food production processes, especially in areas with elevated risk factors. Reporting to the Production Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Safety and Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, hygiene standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Monitoring production lines to maintain product quality and minimize risks.
- Team Leadership: Managing and motivating production teams, fostering a safety-first culture.
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocating personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Problem Solving: Addressing production challenges promptly and effectively.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years in a food Production Supervisory role, preferably in high-risk environments.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Availability for early morning shifts on weekdays.
- You are a natural leader with strong leadership skills, and you can inspire and guide teams.
